The RHA Skills website, www.rhaskills.co.uk, has been developed and is operated by TRS Training Limited with the approval of the Road Haulage Association Limited (“the RHA”).
RHA Skills promotes skills, training and government-funded development opportunities available to employers and individuals in the logistics sector.
Although the RHA has approved the development and use of the RHA Skills website, TRS Training Limited is responsible for operating the website and for the personal information collected through it. For the purposes of UK data protection law, TRS Training Limited is the data controller for personal information collected through this website.
